Mechanical service personnel, maintenance technicians electrics

Course goals
Safe control of the following common calibration methods for ABB Robots:
• Levelmeter
• Calibration pendulum
• Axis calibration (fine calibration and reference calibration)
• CalPoint
• Alternative calibration method

Contents
• Structure of the measuring system
• Error detection and correction
• Finely calibrate the robot with the different methods

Prerequisites
Operator course, basic course PG1 or comparable knowledge acquired.
