Course goal
After this course the student should be able to perform

• Replace mechanical units and subsystems.
• Perform maintenance tasks.
• Perform an axis calibration.

• Calibration
• Replacing the gearbox on axis-1 and 2 and 3
• Replacing the wrist
• Replacing the axis-5 motor
• Replacing the axis-6 gearbox
• Preventative maintenance
Course type
This course is instructor-led.
Approximately 90% of the time is used for handson
exercises.
Course duration
The course will take approximately 32 hours.

This training is targeted to service engineers and personnel
