PixelPaint Advanced: Advanced Programming PixelPaint
Target group
This course is the second step learning, and for the person to learn how to completion printing the complex image on the curved surface.
Course goals
The goal of the course is that the participant after completed course should be able to optimize the parameters setting of PixelPaint and fine tuning the program to get uniform film of image printing on hood or roof.
• Familiar RobotStudio/Paint PowerPac major functions for PixelPaint.
• Familiar RobView (Premium) main functions to keep PixelPaint system running status on well.
• To build, optimize or adjustment the paths, images, set brush on/off, overlap, noise for large image printing.
• Fine tuning for changing in paint viscosity: Waveform/Voltage in Meteor config, paint flow and pressure in and out.
• Practice on printing large image on hood or roof to get uniform film of image.
• Process application error handling.
