Mechanical and Maintenance PixelPaint
Target group
This training is targeted to service engineers and personnel performing mechanical service.
Course goals
After this course the student should be able to perform mechanical replacement and maintenance service on PixelPaint system.
• Replace mechanical units and subsystems.
• Perform maintenance tasks.
• Perform parameter measurement or validation after parts replacement

• Health and safety
• Replace EX system (APS-01) components
• Replace PixelPaint Print head components
• Replace PixelPaint components on robot arm
• Replace components of Air supply-05
• Replace components of Tank
• Replace components of PixelPaint cleaner
• Measurements and adjusting the Printhead
• Preventative maintenance
Prerequisites
IRC5P Basic Programming
PixelPaint Basic Programming.
Basic knowledge of Robotics Mechanics
